We offer practical, innovative, and research-based learning experiences for coaches, organizations, government agencies, and businesses. Our content expertise ranges from theory to practice, but typically falls into three main content areas: 1) Healing-Centered Sport, 2) Social-Emotional Learning through Sport, and 3) Girls in Sport. All training or speaking engagements are centered on how coaches, programs, or the sports culture can make a concerted effort to focus on healing, not harming.

We provide top-to-bottom consulting services for programs, organizations, government agencies, and businesses interested in deepening or measuring their impact. We leverage decades of experience pushing the bounds of what sport can do to help organizations reach their goals. Our consulting services include evaluation support, program and curriculum design, and organizational strategy.

We leverage our platform and expertise to push for systemic change. We work in collaboration with stakeholders nationally, inside and outside of sport, to raise awareness about the unique power sport has to heal. We support local organizing efforts, lobby and advocate for funding and policy, and build powerful narratives towards a vision where all youth sports are a place for healing, growing, and thriving, and where all kids have access.

Though the majority of CHJS work stems from research conducted and grounded in healing-centered movement, especially from groups based in USA and Canada, CHJS also serves as a hub for innovative initiatives that span from international, healing-centered work to leveraging movement to support those experiencing the inevitable loss and grief of humanity. In collaboration with sports-based, youth development based organizations in Africa, Australia, and New Zealand, we’re continually innovating on how sport and movement can and should be utilized to help whole communities heal, grow and thrive.
