Modelled after case consultations, monthly meetings to provide on-going support, feedback, and consultation to your team. Support can be topical or tailored to the context of the team so that consultation is useful and relevant.
Training is most effective when followed up by check-ins and structured supports. CHJS would support in the form of in-person observations and coaching. Goals of the sessions are to coach along-side your team and provide in-the-moment feedback regarding healing-centered coaching.
