What if we’ve been overlooking one of the most powerful tools for mental health all along—sport? This three-part learning cohort brings together coaches, educators, mental health practitioners, and community leaders to explore the intersection of sport and mental well-being. Through guided sessions, real-world case studies, and collaborative dialogue, participants will gain practical tools to foster healthier individuals and communities both on and off the field.

Join a Cohort
Be part of a movement that sees sport not just as a game but as a gateway to stronger, healthier communities. Cohorts will be organized by borough and offered at different times throughout the year. Registrants should be prepared to commit to attending all three sessions in order to receive a certification of completion. Calendar below.
