With support from the Carmel Hill Fund, this three-part learning cohort brings together coaches, educators, mental health practitioners, and community leaders to explore the intersection of sport and mental well-being. Through guided sessions, real-world case studies, and collaborative dialogue, participants will gain practical tools to foster healthier individuals and communities both on and off the field.
