Lauren found the SBYD world through her time studying public health with a focus on global health. She has spent the last 14 years leading data for youth sports programs. In addition to measuring the impact of the work that CHJS does, she also works as a program evaluation consultant for other youth sports organizations. She loves working alongside organizations to design and implement data collection that helps them provide the best quality programming and tell impact stories to larger audiences. Lauren also supports the internal operations of CHJS from finance to human resources.
