A proud D.C. native, Amos now calls Philadelphia home. Since 2007 he has worked to increase access and equity in youth sports as a coach, Executive Director, and thought leader. He loves all aspects of the work but nothing energizes him more than planning and executing a great practice. When he’s not working to dismantle the youth sports industrial complex, Amos enjoys cooking for a crowd, making the perfect playlist, and trying to get his two daughters to take him seriously.
